Sylvain Clermont is the Vice President, Property Management in Eastern Canada. He has more than 30 years of experience in property management, manufacturing and facility management. Sylvain is responsible for leadership of the property management and building operations in the Eastern Canada portfolio. He has diverse experience ranging from managing building optimization, manufacturing operations and industrial safety. Sylvain is also specialized in provincial and municipal laws pertaining to the Building Code of Quebec.
