Luqman Ahmad

Luqman Ahmad is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Triovest, responsible for optimizing operational processes and aligning the organization with its strategic vision. Luqman leads the firms’ financing, banking, accounting, tax, enterprise risk management and IT initiatives. In addition, Luqman oversees all aspects of Property Management and Leasing. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a finance executive in the Canadian real estate industry. Prior to joining Triovest, Luqman held progressive roles at global professional services and commercial real estate organizations most recently as an SVP at Allied REIT where he led the Finance & Accounting teams. While his core responsibilities have been leadership and management of core finance and accounting functions, Luqman’s broad experience extends into real estate tax law, debt & equity capital markets, financial structuring for development projects, and leading innovative change initiatives. Luqman holds a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant designations.
