Olympia Marchand is Vice President of Property Management, for the Triovest Northern Alberta regions, and a licensed associate in the Province of Alberta. She is a service excellence driven leader with over 25 years of diverse experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry. She has worked in the Retail, Office and Industrial space and has managed teams up to 60 people with best in class organizations. Her career history and active industry participation make her a highly recognized member of the Canadian real estate community.

Olympia’s drive for delivering customer-centric experiences, while cultivating strong trusting client, tenant, and municipal relationships, has contributed to confident on-site decision-making resulting in portfolio growth in Edmonton. Beyond her industry experience, Olympia is also a Certified Leadership Coach through the Canadian Coaches Federation. She and her team are the proud recipients of a 2023 TOBY (Excellence in Office Building Management) award from BOMA Edmonton, for Triovest’s largest managed Office asset in Western Canada, ATB Place.
