Denise Froese

Denise Froese is the Senior Vice President of National Property Management, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Triovest’s properties across Canada. Denise has more than 25 years of broad-based senior leadership, including leading the Administrative Services function at a major integrated energy company. In that role, Denise was responsible for the operation of a 3 million square feet office and industrial real estate portfolio. She led multi-disciplinary teams overseeing tenant improvement projects, office fit-outs, and corporate relocations, including a move into a one million square foot Class A office space at the BOW in Calgary. Additional experience includes completing lease transactions of up to 1M square feet, overseeing procurement processes and the launch of a corporate responsibility platform. Denise holds an M.A. and B.A (Hons) in Economics, and is a licensed Associate in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). She is a member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Accessible Housing.
