Bryon Breau is Vice President of Retail Leasing responsible for Triovest national retail portfolio and retail leasing in a variety of Triovest’s national retail properties. Bryon began his career in the shopping centre industry with real estate at HMV Canada in 1995, then transitioned to retail leasing on the Landlord sector with Landlords such as Choice Properties REIT, Cadillac Fairview, Redcliff Realty Advisors and Smart Centres (formerly First Pro Shopping Centres). Bryon has over 28 years of retail leasing experience and is a member of ICSC and a licensed sales representative under RECO in Ontario and BCFSA in British Columbia.
