Our Culture
Building Opportunities
At Triovest, our people are empowered to work autonomously with access to our supporting network of in-house resources and expertise. The excellence we strive for everyday is evident across our organization and delivers a uniquely rewarding experience for all employees.
We are a diverse and innovative team that collaborates to foster progressive and inclusive workplaces.
Triovest fosters an innovative and hands-on approach to value creation. We strive for excellence in everything we do and take on challenges that best serve our clients. Our approach sets new standards in our industry, and we take pride in sharing these successes with our teams.
This commitment is supported through ongoing employee Service Excellence training and employee recognition awards.
We work with the brightest, most passionate and diverse group of professionals
in the business. We value unique perspectives, respect individual needs, and support our people to reach their full potential without barriers.
No matter where we operate, three communities exist:
our employees, our tenants, and our surrounding community.
Supporting these groups is one of Triovest’s core operational responsibilities and we offer programs to engage and collaborate
with them.
Triovest has been on a learning journey to better understand the history and experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada, and how we, as a company and as Canadians, can play a role in advancing reconciliation and strengthening Indigenous inclusion. We believe that as we learn, we are better equipped to build authentic and reciprocal long-term relationships with Indigenous people and communities, which will lead to greater opportunities for inclusion and reconciliation.
Some of the ways that we have been learning, building relationships and taking action include the following:
- Hosting and attending learning sessions with Indigenous leaders
- Becoming members of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) and promoting opportunities for employment through CCAB
- Attending Reconciliation 101 workshop series
- Supporting Indigenous charities through donations and sponsorships
- Identifying specific opportunities for meaningful Indigenous inclusion
in development projects, including building relationships with, and learning from, local Indigenous Knowledge Keepers and community leaders
Triovest is a long-time supporter of local food banks across Canada. Food insecurity exists in Canada and we believe that all people deserve the right to safe, nutritious and culturally-appropriate food.
