Jeff Sinsofsky

Jeff Sinsofsky is the Senior Vice President of National Leasing at Triovest, where he oversees leasing of the office and industrial portfolios across Canada. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jeff has a distinguished track record in leasing, marketing, strategic planning, and development for office and mixed-use assets in the Toronto and Montreal markets. Jeff is recognized for his ability to creatively enhance asset value through innovative marketing programs, extensive market knowledge, and exceptional negotiating skills. His expertise includes repositioning and accelerating leasing for underperforming assets, supported by a robust professional network across Canada. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and has completed the Ivey Leadership Program at the Ivey Academy, University of Western Ontario. He is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the Ontario Real Estate Association. Prior to joining Triovest, Jeff founded and led a consultancy firm providing advisory services. He also served as Senior Director of Office Leasing at Oxford Properties Group.
