Malcolm Kobayashi is the Vice President, Investments of Triovest. Malcolm has over 12 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, and commercial mortgage investments across all asset classes. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $2B of real estate investment activities (including sourcing of off-market transactions, due diligence investigations, raising debt/equity capital, and asset management) in both Canada and the US. Prior to joining Triovest, Malcolm held Director roles at public and private North American real estate investment firms. Malcolm is a CFA Charterholder and earned his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
