Marc Harden

Marc Harden is Vice President, Leasing responsible for commercial properties in the Edmonton area. With over 27 years of commercial real estate experience in the Edmonton area, Marc is respected as one of the most accomplished landlord leasing professionals in the region and has longstanding relationships with all senior commercial agents and many large industrial and office tenants. After completing a BA and B Comm at the U of A, then starting in brokerage, Marc began his landlord career with O&Y in 2000 and has since worked for Summit REIT, ING Real Estate and has now been with Triovest for over thirteen years. With ING Marc oversaw the leasing of the largest portfolio off industrial property in the Edmonton region which at over 5 Million square feet comprised approximately 20% of the multibay inventory in Edmonton. Currently Marc is responsible for leasing Edmonton’s largest downtown office complex (ATB Place), largest suburban office building (Twin Atria), and the largest mixed use development in Sherwood Park (Broadmoor Place). Marc is a member of NAIOP and active with other industry and community organizations and is a licensed Associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
