Kyle Nicholls

Kyle Nicholls is the Vice President of Environmental and Health & Safety. Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of EH&S compliance management systems, site assessments and safety audits, soil/groundwater/mould/asbestos remediations, indoor air quality issues, spills management, drafting of environmental language in leases and other agreements and environmental insurance.

Kyle received his honours bachelor’s degree in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Western Ontario, and holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation from the University of Toronto, a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Ontario, and an Environmental Professional (EP) designation from Eco Canada.
