Jamie Kitchen is the Vice President of National Development Leasing and leads the national development leasing efforts in partnership with regional leasing professionals. Jamie is responsible for securing tenants for new development projects, negotiating leases, assisting with underwriting and collaborating with other departments and various ownership groups to ensure the success of each project. He has 20 years of commercial real estate experience working with both the private and public sector in various markets across Canada. Prior to joining Triovest, Jamie held notable roles at Artis REIT, ING Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield.
