Triovest Recognized with Two HOOPP LEAP Awards

Triovest’s efforts were recognized at the 2024 HOOPP LEAP Awards, which celebrates sustainability achievements across its real estate portfolio. The theme for this year’s conference was Accelerating Momentum and Scaling Solutions. The theme highlights HOOPP’s focus on scaling their action and accelerating progress and collective momentum towards reducing emissions. 

HOOPP handed out trophies in 11 categories this year, and Triovest was honoured with two of them:

Sustainable Operator Award: 720 King Street West, Toronto

This award recognizes Triovest for using an operations and tenant engagement approach to drive sustainability impacts and improve efficiency. Through enhanced data analytics and automation capabilities, the operations team identified energy reduction opportunities in real-time, achieving a 25% reduction in emissions through operational improvements.

Community Impact: ATB Place, Edmonton

This award recognizes the Triovest local team’s engagement with the broader community around ATB Place and the positive impact it has had in supporting downtown vibrancy and safety, by hosting sustainable community events in collaboration with various local organizations, including the City of Edmonton.
