Triovest Awarded with a TOBY® and Certificate of Excellence Award for Centrium Place in Calgary
Triovest managed Centrium Place in Calgary was awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) in the category 100,000 – 249,999 square feet and also received a BOMA BESt Certificate of Excellence.
Centrium Place is a fifteen storey office tower located in the heart of Calgary’s downtown business core. Architecturally unique, the building features rectilinear patterning and geometric style introducing dramatic corners which frame the building and highlight distinctive outward sloping façade with vibrant multi-coloured glass. Centrium Place is anchored by Connacher Oil and Gas, Trilogy Energy, and the Attorney General.
