Property Management Team of the Year Award for Edmonton

Triovest is pleased to announce that our team in Edmonton has been awarded with the BOMA Property Management Team of the Year Award.

This achievement is awarded to a tenant focused, tenant-driven, high service oriented management team that consistently provides excellence in tenant services. The team must demonstrate a high level of customer service while working in the commercial real estate property management industry.

The criteria included tenant satisfaction and responsiveness to tenant requests, service delivery and tenant retention. Our team demonstrated success in building maintenance and management, capital program planning, BOMA BESt initiatives, as well as team building, training, mentorship and succession planning.
