National Retail Portfolio Achieves BOMA BEST Certification
On December 23rd, 2015, the retail property management team collectively achieved BOMA BEST certifications for the following 11 properties across a national retail portfolio of 2.6 million square feet:

| 11. LloydMall | West – LloydMinster |
With support from Irena Stankovic, National Sustainability Specialist, the retail property management team was able to at a minimum meet the 14 Best Practices that centre on the following 6 sections:
- Energy
- Water
- Waste & Site
- Emissions & Effluents
- Indoor Environment
- Environmental Management Systems
In 2016, the Sustainability team will continue to work closely with the property and asset management teams to explore further opportunities to achieve certifications at other assets under management as appropriate.
