In its introductory year, this award recognizes superior quality in the services associated with the management of the building. Triovest’s team at Great Plains I was nominated and recognized for offering exceptional services in the management of this Industrial building.

Great Plains I is a state of the art, cross-dock warehouse located in Great Plains Industrial Park. Equipped with approximately 40,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space, the property is the Western Canadian distribution centre for Kraft Canada / Hopewell Distribution.
