Triovest / Colliers Awarded Management of 700 & 750 West Pender St.

Triovest, a Colliers company, is pleased to be awarded management of 700 and 750 West Pender St., twin 2-storey office towers in downtown Vancouver, also known as Pender Place.  

The towers, purchased by KingSett Capital in August, encompass 280K SF of office space and a shared street front retail galleria. Colliers REMS currently partners with KingSett and its co-owners in Vancouver to manage the iconic Arthur Erickson Place. 

“We will be taking our first-class tenant service approach to Pender Place while still customizing our management to the unique needs of the property” says Lesley Heieis, Colliers Vice President, BC.  

This mandate is among the first that will tap into the combined expertise of both Colliers and Triovest since Colliers acquired Triovest in June.
