6880 Financial Drive Achieves Rick Hansen Certification

We are proud to announce that Triovest-managed 6880 Financial Drive in Mississauga, Ontario is officially a Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility ‘Certified’ level building. The Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification program allows property owners and managers to measure the accessibility of their buildings and promote increased access through the adoption of Universal Design principles.

The program measures the level of meaningful access and is based upon the holistic user experience of people with varying disabilities affecting their mobility, vision, and hearing.

Providing universal access to safe, inclusive and accessible public spaces is a growing concern for Triovest and is recognized as an important part of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

6880 Financial Drive has the second highest rating in Ontario out of the 58 buildings certified in Canada.
