Triovest Wins Two Real Estate Sustainability Achievements at the 2023 LEAP Awards
The 12th annual LEAP awards took place on May 31st in Toronto. This year, the ceremony included two new GHG awards to recognize efforts taken over the past year to help Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) meet the reduction targets laid out in its new Climate Plan. ATCO Centre was awarded with the GHG Performer Award, and 1 Prologis Blvd. received the Climate Leader Award.

For reducing their natural gas and electricity consumption to achieve emissions reductions of more than 20% since 2019, exceeding industry benchmarks.

For implementing an advanced scheduling system for its heat pumps, facilitated through the building automation system, in response to an increase in demand and leading to reduced electricity costs and emissions.
