5150-Spectrum-Way

Triovest is pleased to announce that it has acquired the remaining 50% interest 5150 Spectrum Way in Mississauga, Ontario on behalf of an institutional client. The purchase consolidates the client’s ownership interest in the property and was part of a lease renewal with Hewlett-Packard Canada.

The six-storey 246,247 square foot ‘A’ class suburban campus style office complex is located within the Airport Corporate Centre, a major sub office market in the GTA.

Triovest has taken over property management and continues to provide asset management services. As leasing manager, Triovest will also offer to the market approximately 80,000 square feet for lease.
