Triovest Recognized with Multiple Honourable Mentions at BOMA Toronto’s 2021 CREST Awards
Despite the lingering impacts of the pandemic on the real estate industry, Triovest is proud to have been recognized with multiple honourable mentions during this year’s BOMA Toronto’s CREST awards ceremony, held on September 16, 2021.
This recognition is exemplary of Triovest’s commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability, energy & water efficiencies, and driving results.
Below are the honorable mentions:
1 Prologis Boulevard was runner up in the Innovative Excellence category for buildings between 100,000 – 500,000 square feet. This award recognizes the importance of how innovation can be deeply intertwined to the reduction of energy consumption and sustainability efforts.
700 University Avenue was runner up in the Collaborative Excellence category for buildings greater than 500,000 square feet. This award was looking for exemplary demonstrations of collaborative practices not only between landlord and tenants, but other potential stakeholders, vendors, or government organizations.
6880 Financial Drive was runner up in the Performance Leadership – Waste category for buildings greater than 500,000 square feet. This award recognizes efforts to reduce waste compared to the 2019 baseline year, while taking into consideration the impact COVID-19 has had on different asset classes.
595 Bay Street (Atrium) was runner up in the Performance Leadership – Water category for buildings greater than 500,000 square feet. This award recognizes efforts to reduce water consumption compared to the 2019 baseline year, while taking into consideration the impact COVID-19 has had on different asset classes.
