Triovest receives BOMA Certificate of Excellence for 11 King Street West

We are pleased to announce the receipt of a Certificate of Excellence for 11 King Street West in Toronto, Ontario.

Located in the heart of Toronto’s financial core, 11 King Street West is a class ‘A’ boutique office tower with direct connection to the PATH underground system and steps away from Union Station.

The building was constructed in 1964 and offers approximately 169,000 square feet, including approximately 11,800 sf retail space.

This award is an acknowledgement of the dedication and hard work of the team at 11 King Street West led by property manager Rachna Morgado.
