Triovest Receives a BOMA Certificate of Excellence for Foresters Centre
Triovest is pleased to announce the receipt of a BOMA Certificate of Excellence for Foresters Centre located at 789 Don Mills Road in Toronto, Ontario.
Situated at the northeast corner of Don Mills Road and Rocheforte Drive, just south of Eglinton Avenue, Foresters Centre is a 24-storey office tower with an adjacent conference centre.
The building was constructed in 1966 and offers approximately 400,000 rentable square feet. Parking facilities at the building consist of an eight storey parking garage, together with two surface street level parking lots, which combined offer over 900 parking spaces for building occupants.
The BOMA Certificate of Excellence award is an acknowledgement of the hard work and commitment of the team at Foresters Centre led by Property Manager Alyssa Lempera.

Certification acknowledges commitment to best practices in building performance, quality of building management and the people behind it.
