Triovest Awarded with Best Peer-Reviewed Sustainability Report

Triovest is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by the Global Compact Network Canada (GCNC) for The Best Peer Reviewed Sustainability Report.  The Reporting Peer Review Program is a platform for companies to exchange and receive feedback, share best practices, and improve their corporate sustainability practices.  Triovest’s third annual Sustainability Report was produced by its in-house sustainability and marketing teams, with support from Quinn & Partners and Verve Communications.  The report was prepared in accordance to the GRI Standards: Core Option.

“Triovest would like to thank the Global Compact Network Canada for initiating and leading this peer review program,” said Kit Milnes, National Sustainability Manager at Triovest. “It’s of particular significance to receive positive recognition from our peers and to be in good company with Telus, Suncor, Scotiabank, JLL and more, from whom we gained many insights and constructive feedback.”

The GCNC is dedicated to assisting and empowering over 150 Canadian organizations with the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It strives to build the capacity of the Canadian corporate sector by facilitating dialogue, sharing of best practices, and promoting peer-to-peer learning between companies and stakeholders. The GCNC network enables its Participants to engage in meaningful dialogue, showcase thought leadership, and exchange and receive feedback on reporting through their acclaimed Sustainability Reporting Peer Review Program.

“We find it to be extremely beneficial for our Participants to provide them with a platform to share sustainability reporting best practices with companies from different industries, and to receive constructive feedback from peers,”  said Helle Bank Jorgensen, President of GCNC. “I’m pleased to see Triovest recognized for the quality of their work, and look forward to seeing future improvements that result from this exercise.”
