Triovest Awarded Management of Spectrum Square in Mississauga

Triovest is pleased to announce that is has been awarded asset management, leasing, development monitoring, and property management, for Spectrum Square located at 5015 Spectrum Way in Mississauga, Ontario.

Spectrum Square features a mix of business and social space.  The property currently includes a LEED Gold office building (Phase 1 is 135,000 square feet), a central collaborative square and over 60,000 square feet of restaurant space at The Eatery.   Phase 2 off the office complex will be under construction shortly (135,000 square feet to be delivered in June, 2019).  An additional 700,000 square feet of office and retail space is planned.
