Triovest Acquires Warehouse Facility in Mississauga

Triovest has acquired 560 Hensall Circle, a 211,000 square foot urban infill industrial warehouse facility in Mississauga.  The Property is well-located near the intersection of Dundas St E and Cawthra Road, less than 2km from the QEW and in close proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport and major urban centres.  This acquisition strengthens Triovest’s growing value add capital program focused on high-growth industrial markets.
