Triovest Acquires RBC Meadowvale Campus

Triovest is pleased to announce the acquisition of 6880 Financial Drive in Meadowvale, Ontario. As a result of the acquisition, Triovest has been retained to provide property management services for the Campus.

The property is the operational headquarters for RBC Insurance and has a 24/7 operating requirement to support the critical user groups within. The two nine-storey twin towers contain approximately 6,000 workspaces throughout its 811,949 square feet.

RBC Meadowvale Campus occupies a prominent location along Highway 401 at the Mississauga Road interchange. The 25 acre site is situated immediately north of Highway 401 on the east side of Mississauga Road along Financial Drive.

This property was acquired on behalf of an existing institutional fund client, in a 50% partnership with new client Northam Properties. This is a strategic addition to their growing office portfolio in the GTA.
