Triovest is pleased to announce the acquisition of approximately 240 acres of land for the development of Saddleridge Business Park, in Calgary, Alberta. The land is located along Airport Trail directly east of the Calgary International Airport, with excellent access and egress to all areas of the City, Highway 2 (Deerfoot Trail) and the TransCanada highway.
Saddleridge Business Park will offer prospective tenants an opportune location, with superior connectivity to Calgary’s transportation network and close proximity to an expansive labour pool.
Triovest will immediately commence predevelopment of the site which is expected to comprise over 3.4 million square feet of Class A industrial and office buildings.
This property was acquired on behalf of The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), one of Triovest’s largest clients, and is a strategic addition to their portfolio of Triovest managed industrial and office properties located in Alberta.
