Triovest Acquires 525,000 SF of Logistics Space in Etobicoke

Triovest has acquired 525,000 square feet of last-mile logistics space on 21.9 acres located at 100-110 Iron Street in Etobicoke on behalf of our client. This acquisition is one of the largest single industrial transactions in the GTA in recent years and is a key addition to Triovest’s strategy of continuing to build a ‘best-in-class’ industrial portfolio.
