Three Wins at UDI Awards for Triovest Managed Properties
Triovest is pleased to announce that with PCI Developments, two of its properties under management have received awards at the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region Awards for Excellence gala. The UDI Awards for Excellence celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of developers who had the vision to take the region’s cities, and the people who live and work in them into the future. They honour the top achievers whose projects have made an exceptional impact on local communities and the urban landscape.
The jury considers the following criteria:
- Built form
- Public, community, and amenity spaces
- Sustainability
- Sense of place and liveability
- Project success – financially viable
The team took home three awards for the following two properties:
King George – Coast Capital Help Headquarters won for Best in the Fraser Valley – Commercial.
Marine Gateway – won both the Mixed Use award along with the final top award of the evening, the Best in Show award.
The awards ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.
