Paul Gedye

Paul Gedye is Vice President of Development, Western Canada, bringing with him more than 17 years of acquisitions and development-focused experience in Western US and Canadian markets. Prior to joining Triovest, Paul advanced GWLRA’s multifamily development portfolio in Western Canada and has focused on large scale, multi-phase, mixed-use development projects in urban areas with institutional clients throughout his career. Paul holds a MSc in Real Estate from the University of San Diego, a BA from the University of British Columbia, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
