Daniel Castiglione

Daniel Castiglione is Vice President of Development, Eastern Canada. Daniel has been leading development projects for 17 years and has had the opportunity to work on a variety of building typology including life science facilities (wet labs, dry labs and clean rooms for medical isotopes), colleges, data centres, office towers, retail developments, suburban office and light industrial projects. Daniel is adept at balancing the needs of various stakeholders while keeping projects on schedule and under budget. He places a large focus on the design and entitlement process during the pre-construction stage to ensure that construction can proceed with the best information possible and without foreseeable delays.
