Delivering Net Zero Carbon Buildings
Mississauga Gateway Centre
The BOMA Net Zero Challenge Award recognizes outstanding energy performance and innovative leadership strategies that support efficiency and clean energy production.
In both 2019 and 2020, Mississauga Gateway won this award for achieving outstanding energy performance and implementing our smart building analytics program.
This is but one example of our dedicated effort to optimize energy efficiency. As outlined in Triovest’s Energy Management Policy, all spaces under Triovest’s operational control are actively engaged in conserving energy and reducing corresponding GHG emissions.
Data Intelligence Makes Smart Buildings, Smarter
Mississauga Gateway Centre – 1, 2 & 8 Prologis Boulevard
With LEED Gold® and WiredScore Gold certified properties at 1, 2 & 8 Prologis Blvd, Triovest has solidified its position as an industry leader in leveraging smart building technology to drive quantifiable results in GHG emission reductions and operational efficiencies. Triovest partnered with RYCOM to deploy their Data Intelligence service at 1, 2 & 8 Prologis to better utilize building data analytics to further drive energy reductions at top-performing buildings, while keeping tenant experience top of mind.
The implementation of data analytics and fault detection and diagnostics algorithms enable Triovest to monitor and manage building systems proactively and tweak performance to improve building adaptability and resiliency. Furthermore, this technology provides the insight needed to proactively manage energy consumption and GHG emissions at the site and support Triovest’s evolving improvements objectives.
