Triovest partnered with RYCOM to deploy their Data Intelligence service at 1, 2 & 8 Prologis to better utilize building data analytics to further drive energy reductions at top-performing buildings, while keeping tenant experience top of mind.

The implementation of data analytics and fault detection and diagnostics algorithms enable Triovest to monitor and manage building systems proactively and tweak performance to improve building adaptability and resiliency. Furthermore, this technology provides the insight needed to proactively manage energy consumption and GHG emissions at the site and support Triovest’s evolving improvements objectives.
