Skyview Power Centre in Edmonton Achieves BOMA BESt Level 2
Triovest is pleased to announce the receipt of a BOMA BESt Certificate of Achievement, Level 2, for environmental excellence in the management Skyview Power Centre in North West Edmonton.
Located on the north side of 137th Avenue, between 133rd Street and 140th Street, Skyview Power Centre is a dominant 324,450 sq.ft. retail centre. The Centre forms the nucleus of a major Edmonton retail node and is comprised of smaller CRU buildings, large big-box style tenants, and freestanding pads. This property originally achieved the BOMA BESt Level 1 certification in 2010.
The Skyview team is made up of Russ Fawcett, Property Manager, Colette Ducharme, Property Management Assistant as well as the Site Supervisor, John Goodwin, who was integral in the centre achieving a Level 2.
BOMA BESt is the Canadian industry standard for commercial building sustainability certification, which is based on the internationally recognized and accepted Green Globes environmental assessment platform. The program considers best practices and provides building scores in the following key areas:
