Seven Wins for Triovest at Recent BOMA Awards

Triovest is pleased to announce that it received seven awards at recent BOMA awards ceremonies in Calgary and Toronto.

CALGARY

On May 12, BOMA Calgary hosted the 2016 TransCanada BOMA Excellence Awards. This event celebrated those in our industry who are striving for excellence. Triovest received five awards:

1) Building Operations Team of the Year

2) Toby –Building of the Year – Foothills VII

3) Toby –Building of the Year – WestHills Towne Centre

4) Toby –Building of the Year – Plaza 1000

5) Building of Excellence – Sovereign Centre

The Outstanding Building of the Year (“TOBY”) award and Certificate of Excellence are the most prestigious in the commercial real estate industry. Judging is based on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability, emergency preparedness and security standards, and the training of building personnel. Winning these award affirms the quality of our clients’ assets and excellence in building management.

TORONTO

The Building Owners and Managers Association of the Greater Toronto Area (BOMA Toronto) celebrated building and management excellence at its 18th annual Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala also on May 12, 2016 at the Westin Harbour Castle. The evening was attended by over 500 real estate professionals recognizing their peers at the commercial real estate event of the year. Triovest was the recipient of two awards at this ceremony.

6) 2016 BOMA Pinnacle Innovation Award – jointly won by Triovest and Refined Risk for TESA

This award recognizes role model companies that demonstrate standards of excellence to which all BOMA members and their employees should aspire. The purpose of the Pinnacle Award for Innovation is to recognize and promote innovation in the commercial real estate industry; whether it is a uniquely beneficial program, product or service, a better way to solve specific needs or an ingenious way to keep customers happy.

7) Earth Hour Challenge Award for the Greatest Reducer – Building – 1 Yonge Street

This is the second year in a row that this building has earned this achievement.
