Scottsdale Centre Achieves BOMA BESt Certification

Triovest is pleased to announce the BOMA BESt LEVEL 1 certification of Scottsdale Centre located in Delta, British Columbia.

Scottsdale Centre is an enclosed community shopping centre, offering over 40 shops and services. The centre is prominently located at one of the busiest intersections in the lower mainland and is anchored by Target, Save On Foods, B.C. Government Liquor Store and Dollarama.

BOMA BESt is BOMA Canada’s national environmental certification program for existing commercial buildings. Certification demonstrates social responsibility and is the Canadian industry standard for commercial building sustainability certification, which is based on the internationally recognized and accepted Green Globes environmental assessment platform. The program considers best practices and provides building scores in the following key areas:
