Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH to Open at Skyview Power Centre

Triovest is pleased to announce plans to open a 30,000 square foot Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store at Skyview Power Centre (“Skyview”) in Edmonton, Alberta. Plans include a renovation and conversion of the existing Home Outfitters store in the centre to the Saks OFF 5TH format within the same location. The new store is expected to open in the spring of 2017.

Skyview is a dominant retail power centre in the Northwest quadrant of Edmonton with 4 phases catering to multi-tenant retail uses. The addition of Saks OFF 5TH will enhance the existing national tenants comprised of clothing, furnishings, diverse food services and dining restaurants.

The new Saks OFF 5TH will be situated on 137th Ave NW between 133rd St. NW and 140th St. NW, a major central arterial road running East- West connecting to Edmonton’s ring roads.
