New 55+ Residential Development for Taunton Gardens

Introducing Wellings of Whitby by Nautical Lands Group, an award-winning Canadian developer devoted to seniors housing.

To add new life to Triovest-developed and managed Taunton Gardens, our team formed a plan to rezone the last remnant retail pad and develop a 350-unit rental residence catering to the 55+ demographic. Triovest and Nautical Lands Group worked together to execute a plan to provide innovative rental housing to the community.

Following the approval to proceed, Triovest spent two years to rezone and sever the existing site. Construction of Phase 1 of the Wellings of Whitby development has commenced, with an anticipated occupancy in 2023.

Triovest’s Asset Management team is committed to providing solutions for our clients by realizing the full potential of the properties under our management. Click the image below to learn more about this exciting development.
