Four LEAP Awards for Triovest
Triovest managed properties were recently honoured with the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan 2015 Leadership in Environmental Advancement (LEAP) awards. Triovest received a total of four out of the ten honours awarded on May 28th at Spectrum Square in Mississauga, Ontario.
Low Energy Leader (Large Building) – ATCO Centre, Edmonton, AB
ATCO Centre was recognized with the lowest energy use intensity in the large building category (property larger than 250,000 sq. ft.).
Sustainability Achiever Award – 720 King Street West, Toronto, ON
720 King Street West demonstrated best overall achievement across the Pillar Report indicators and collaborated with its portfolio manager and tenants to drive sustainability performance.
Engagement Leader Industrial Award – 5799 Route de L’Aéroport, St.Hubert, QC
5799 Route de L’Aéroport was recognized with the most engagement with its tenants in driving sustainability performance.
Tenant Leader Industrial Award – Zodiac Aerospace (18107 Transcanadienne), Kirkland, QC
Zodiac Aerospace was recognized as being instrumental in improving property performance and motivating property managers, HOOPP, and/or other tenants into action.
This is the fourth year that the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) Real Estate hosted the LEAP awards event to recognize leadership in building energy use, sustainability, tenant engagement and innovation.
