MAINTAINED OPERATIONS
- Stagger employee hours/days to support your physical distancing plan

- Clean your personal workspace with disinfecting wipes frequently

COMMUTING SAFELY
- Increased cleaning and sanitization of high-traffic contact points, washrooms, and office spaces
- Placed hand-sanitization units throughout the building
- Installed floor decals and signage to assist with physical distancing
- Designated disposal containers provided for masks and gloves
- Increased air-filtration quality and fresh-air intake where feasible
- Maintained plumbing during low occupancy by operating plumbing fixtures

ELEVATOR PROTOCOL
- Follow distancing, queuing and elevator-capacity recommendations
- Put on your personal mask before entering the elevator
- Let the individual closest to the call buttons press for the cab to support distancing
- Avoid talking to others at close-proximity in elevator cab
- Expect delays and please be patient
- Consider taking the stairs where possible

TAKING CARE IN YOUR WORKSPACE

BUILDING SAFETY
- Increased cleaning and sanitization will remain in place
- Hand-sanitizer units will be available in common areas
- Decals and signs will be maintained throughout the building to encourage safety and distancing
- Designated Entry and Exit doors will support foot-traffic control
- Air-filtration quality and fresh-air intake will be monitored
- Operating procedures will be revised as required in accordance with government directives

MINDFUL PRACTICES
- Be aware of your own actions and wellbeing
- Wash or sanitize your hands frequently
- Read signage and follow procedures
- If you have any symptoms, even mild, please stay home
- Clean your immediate work area frequently
- Wear masks in situations where physical distancing is not possible
- Avoid physical interaction such as hugging or hand shaking
- Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth
Your Triovest Team

- Your building team is here to support you in your reintegration
- We are trained and prepared to meet the demands of this ever-changing situation
- Our team of experts developed and maintains our tenant reintegration protocol to guide our planning and implementation efforts
- Triovest building teams will be assessed daily and are directed to not come to work if they are feeling unwell
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e., face masks) will always be worn by our team in common areas and tenant spaces
- Physical distancing (6 ft.) is expected when we interact with building occupants and visitors
- We will employ regular handwashing, sanitization and changing of PPE
