As a development manager, we coordinate all aspects of the development process to ensure timely delivery and cost control:

  • Procure all municipal and other governmental approvals
  • Manage the design process
  • Liaise with all tenants throughout the development process
  • Prepare all reports, surveys, studies, financial projections, analyses and budgets
  • Tender, negotiate, manage, supervise and administer all construction contracts

Triovest can also act as a development monitor, applying the above skills, in a fiduciary role with local development partners.

Flexible Warehouse Space to Serve the GTA

95 Market Drive, Milton, Ontario

Working on behalf of long-time client, Triovest took the lead in overseeing the design of, and managing the construction bid process for, a warehouse development in Milton, Ontario. Completed, under budget, in 2015, the 406,000 square foot property has attracted interest from many prospective tenants, particularly those looking for space that could comfortably accommodate high cube containers. Triovest managed the leasing and marketing of the property.

Creating a Landmark Destination

Marine Gateway, Vancouver, British Columbia

Marine Gateway is 480,000 square foot, premium office and retail complex in Vancouver, British Columbia. Working with development partner the PCI Group, Triovest acquired the site on behalf of two existing clients. Along with office and retail space, Marine Gateway offers 415 residential condominiums and 46 rental apartments. It is designed to meet the LEED® Gold standard and is directly connected to the Canada Line rapid transit station. In addition to participating in the development phase, Triovest will provide asset and property management services for both the office and retail components.
