ATCO Centre Receives BOMA Edmonton Earth Award

Triovest is pleased to announce that ATCO Centre was awarded the Earth Award at the 2017 BOMA Edmonton Gala.   ATCO Centre received the award in recognition of excellence in resource preservation and environmentally sound commercial building management.

ATCO Centre is located west of the central downtown core in Edmonton at 10035 – 105 Street. The property is situated in the north/south artery that bisects the government and financial districts. The modern building provides twenty floors of quality office space.

Awards are presented to buildings that have made significant efforts to address environmental issues faced by older and newer buildings. Judging is based on a building description & summary, reduction of environmental risk, indoor air quality & green cleaning, recycling, energy conservation, water conservation, interior finish, green purchasing policy, occupant communications & education, and a case study.
