4321 Still Creek Drive Wins EARTH Award

Triovest is pleased to announce that 4321 Still Creek Drive has won an EARTH Award by BOMA BC at the Green Building Gala in Vancouver.

4321 Still Creek is a six storey office building located in the Willingdon Park development in Burnaby, BC, which includes nine office buildings in an exceptional setting. Built in 2001, the building is architecturally striking with pre-cast concrete and glass exteriors and ample tenant amenities. The building is home to Worley Parsons, Morrison Hershfield, Golder Associates Lifescan, Konica Minolta, Alcatel-Lucent, Aeroteck and HMTQ. The building has recently undergone a number of mechanical and electrical upgrades to improve its performance and tenant comfort.

The EARTH Award recognizes excellence in environmentally sound commercial building management and resource preservation. Judging is based on performance in the areas of energy conservation, water conservation, indoor air quality, recycling, green cleaning and purchasing, sustainability policies and tenant communications & education.
