400 St. Mary Avenue Wins HOOPP 2014 LEAP – Energy Saver Award

Triovest’s team at 400 St. Mary Avenue was awarded with the HOOPP 2014 LEAP – Energy Saver Award. In competition with all other HOOPP commercial properties, 400 St. Mary Avenue achieved the greatest percent reduction in normalized energy intensity in the portfolio.

This will be the third year that HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) Real Estate is hosting the LEAP (Leadership in Environmental Advancement) awards event to recognize sustainability excellence among the companies that manage their properties. The awards will be held in Ottawa on June 5th.

400 St. Mary Avenue is a class A building located in downtown Winnipeg.
